11、 Installation, use and maintenance
In addition to the various regulations required by the Ministry of Electric Power for installation, acceptance, handover testing, operation, and maintenance of intelligent integrated substations, the following matters should also be noted:
1). Users should carefully inspect the goods according to relevant regulations when receiving them. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be stored in appropriate places according to normal usage conditions.
2) The product should be lifted from the bottom using specialized lifting equipment.
3) The product is horizontally placed on a pre made foundation, and then the gap between the product base and the foundation is sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room. It enters through the bottom sealing plate of the high and low voltage rooms

4). After the product is installed in place, reliable grounding should be done; The two main grounding terminals on the channel steel of the power station base, the neutral point and shell of the transformer, and the lower pile head of the lightning arrester should all have installed grounding, and all grounding should be installed separately
A set of grounding devices should be shared, with a grounding resistance of less than 4 ohms. The grounding leads from the grounding grid to this product should be less than 2.
5). After installation or maintenance, the product should undergo the following inspections and tests before being put into operation:
(1) Is the substation clean;
(2) Is the operating mechanism flexible
(3) Whether the on/off of the main electrical appliances is flexible and reliable;
(4) Is the electrical auxiliary contact reliably prepared for on/off;
(5) Whether the meter and relay actions are accurate and correct;
(6) Whether the changes and wiring polarity of instruments and transformers are correct;
(7) Are all electrical installation nuts tightened and installed securely and reliably;
(8) Whether the busbar connection is good, and whether the supporting insulators and clamps are installed reliably;
(9) Whether the setting value of the electrical appliance meets the requirements and whether the specifications of the fuse core are correct;
(10) Whether the contacts of the main circuit and auxiliary circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
6). maintenance
(1) All components in the product are maintained according to their respective technical requirements;
(2) If the selected transformer is oil immersed, oil sample analysis and inspection should be conducted at least once a year according to specifications;
(3) After 20 times of on load or 2000 times of off load opening and closing operations, the contact condition and the degree of loss of the arc extinguishing device should be checked for high-voltage switching equipment in operation. If any abnormalities are found, they should be repaired or replaced immediately.
(4) The reason for the automatic tripping of low-voltage switchgear must be resolved before it can be put back into operation;
(5) A preventive test should be conducted before the rainy season each year
The product comes with a packing list, certificate of conformity, installation and use instructions, electrical wiring diagram, and instructions for the main components and equipment used in this product, as well as key operation tools and spare parts provided according to the agreement.
